• Male high school senior or college freshman during the 2025-26 academic year

• In academic good standing

• Be of good moral character

• Be active in school, church, or community activities

• Must submit 2 letters of recommendation from school &/or community leaders

• Must attend workshops and activities as required

• Must complete essays on leadership and desire to be a Beau
